After placing an order through our site, you will be sent an acknowledgement email.
Confirmation of Order
Every effort has been made to ensure that the prices and descriptions of the lace jackets and veils are correct. All items are subject to availability. Some of the lace takes up to three months to make, so some items may not always be in stock. Please call Louise in the studio (Tel 0208 9488681) to find out if the lace you have chosen is in stock.
Your item(s) will be dispatched to the postal address you have provided in your order as soon as possible after your acknowledgement email. However, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date since some of the items may not always be in stock.
Items are classed as faulty where it can be proven that there has been a error in making of the garment/veil. No two pieces of lace are ever alike, so there may be slight variations in colour, texture and sizing. Any fault must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not accepted as faulty.
If you cancel your order before any of the items are dispatched, your money will be refunded and the goods will not be delivered.
Every single item is utterly unique in appearance which means there may be a slight variation in colour, texture or size. Please look after the garments with love and care, by only using specialist cleaning.
Refunds or exchanges on undamaged items are available within 7 days of receiving your order. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item must be unworn and in perfect condition, with the Louise Selby garment tag still attached and in its original packaging. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the item.
